Buy some coaching material for Organic Chemistry, FIITJEE, Vibrant etc. Solve the modules and before solving read the theory thoroughly. Also read NCERT text book as many concepts are explained in an easy manner. After grasping concepts practice from the module. After completing the module you can solve the MSC Chauhan' Advance problems in Organic Chemistry but it should only be practiced if you want a really high level of confidence. If you feel confident enough from modules and previous year JEE questions no need to go for MSC' s book. Keep in mind to make to make skme short notes and keep revising regularly till JEE all your concepts either once in a week or month but not more than that because Organic Chemistry is a volatile subject and you loose hold on it if you stop revising it.
Now comes Calculus. One word answer is to practice as much as you can. The best source I found for Calculus was Cengage Calculus for JEE Advance by G Tewani. Altho7gh the book is for JEE Advance but it covers JEE Mains in detail and is useful for both. I recommend to solve the complete book( Soved examples and inside exercise, Single Correct are must, multiple correct but if you are running out of time you may leave subjective and integer and questions but still practice all the previous year questions). Mark the questions which you were nit able to solve for the first time. Every time you revise you should try to solve those questions which you were not abke to solve in the first attempt. Continue this till you are bale to solve them without seeing the back answers.
I think I made my point clear. For more queries comment below.
