There is no free seat in the medical courses as you need to pay certain amount of money even you get into the govt. institute. Based on your marks the chances of getting the govt. seat are less in all india quota counselling as the govt. institutes participating into the all india counselling demand high number of marks for the admission. But you can go for the counselling round and then you will get to know the availability of the seat in the govt. institute.
