I'm from chattisgarh state and I got 103 marks in neet and my UR category rank is 340638 can get admission in MABS in any collegs in cg

Your score is too low to fetch you a seat in any government college through All India quota or state quota. It will also be difficult to get any private college.
I suggest you to either take up some other course or can prepare for NEET next year and secure a better rank.
