I'm from Karnataka I got 363 in neet 2019.do I have any chance to get medical seat with in the state.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 363 it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years, if your category is general or obc. Last year, a minimum score of 380 was required to fetch one a seat in the Raichur medical college in general category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state
