Hello,
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 215 marks and you fall under ST category.
Well, 215 marks are too less to secure a seat for BAMS or BHMS..
With these marks you won't be able to apply neither under 85% state quota seats nor under 15% All India Quota.
If we look over previous year's cutoff for BAMS then you might have scored 459+ ti get a government medical college and 360+ to get a private medical college...
