I'm general in central catageory but backward in state which option should I add during neet application form filling

The status of state has no role to play. Please select your category as general in NEET Application form.

It won't matter if you are in central category or not. You have to opt for general category only. Prepare yourself according to that!

During your NEET application fillup you should choose your central category not your state. So, select General Category if you belongs to the same.

You should select general in NEET application as counselling for All India 15% quota will be conducted by CBSE and that will consider your central category certificates and not state ones. But for state 85% quota counselling will be conducted by state authorities and they will consider your state category which you can mention as backward during counselling as per state quota.
