Sorry to say but you will not be able to get a seat of MBBS in private medical college with low fees structure. The fees structure of private colleges are high enough. With 369 marks you will not be able to get private medical college.
I would suggest you to look for other options or take a drop this year and study hard for next year NEET examination.
