I'm getting 392 ..general...will I be able to make it to top 10 in Shillong?

Well 392 is bit of a low score and securing a rank of state rank 10 or under that might seem difficult. This will totally depend on the potential of students who qualified from Shillong this year and that may vary any time.
Still just the possibility is very haphazard.
