I'm getting 551 marks in meet 2019 with AIR 23513. I'm from OBC category and OBC rank is 9236. What would be my rank in U.P and my colleges?

Hello Amit,
You can get the following colleges according to last year's cutoff under the 85% state qouta and also under OBC category of Uttar Pradesh.
Motilal Nehru medical college, Allahabad- 36561
Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial medical college- 56758
The ranks stated are the All India Ranks.
Even if the cutoff goes a little high, even then you have a good chance of getting into these colleges.
