I'm getting CSE branch at Amrita Bangalore campus which is the third campus of the institute. Does campus matter in any aspect?

Yes campus matters , as it depends on it rankings in all over india.
Beacuse it rank in india defines its infrastructure, mess, study, faculties, placements, sports facilities, hostels and many more.
So please take care of whichever campus you choose.

Campus doesn't matter in placements but Campus may matter somewhere in infrastructure, facilities, accommodation, facilities, lack machineries,
Lack of staff, lack of proper equipments for your projects. All the other campuses are regulated by the main campus if any thing happens it will be easier for you to enculcate the problem if you are in the main campus.

As per my knowledge campus does not matter which ever you choose but the is college is good .
