Biology is of utmost importance. It has the most weightage in NEET accounting for 360 marks. Study your NCERT books inside out and do them thoroughly. There is not other way around that. After which you can concentrate on Chemistry on inorganic topics and then Physics, focus on Electricity, Electrodynamics, and Thermodynamics. Mainly focus on formulae.

Biology is one of the important subject from where you can grab more Marks in a short period. As it carries 50% of your total score, so that's important to score good enough. Then, you can Divide your time depending upon which subject you can do easily, Physics or chem and score more. Both carries same weightage.
