You need to understand the prerequisites of Class 12th.

If you have failed in physics due to practical, focus on your physics preparation. Make subject-wise preparation plan, with keeping physics in mind.
Learn the fundamentals of Physics derivations.

The most important part is: Do not overthink or compare yourself with others. Keep your focus straight. Talk to your Physics teacher. Ask for extra time in the lab to practice the experiments that you find difficult or you missed earlier.

I will be honest here. You will need at least 6 months of preparation if you are starting from the basics. There is no shortcut.
