Im in 12th pcm. Somehow got promoted with 56.80% but failed physics due2 pactical. I dont know anything about 11th, i swallowed materials in the last minute for finals. Tell me how to get 90 in 12th? Please, Im very demotivated. How can I recover 11th because without it i cannot understand 12th.

Since you have to give your re-test in March, there is very little time left. In this short time period, try to focus on revising the important topics from the NCERT books. Avoid learning anything new at this time, and focus more on revision. If you revise properly, you will surely be able to score the minimum passing marks.
