I'm in diploma cse engineering 2nd year what can I do after diploma ,???

You can apply for lateral entry option and get admission in B.Tech. in the second year.
This would be the best option for you. Although you can get a job also but if you expect good package pursuing your studies will be a better option.

For one you can pursue a B.Tech course. Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and Himachal Pradesh Technical University, for example, admits engineering diploma holders under lateral entry scheme in participating institutes. To be considered for admission, you need to however meet the minimum eligibility critera.
