According to NEaeT Guidelines, The Eligibility Criteria includes;
1. You should have PCB and English as your Main Subjects in 10+1 & 10+2 both.
2. You should crack minimum 50% (UR), 40% (SC/ST/OBC) aggregate Marks in PCB.
3. You should complete your 10+1 and 10+2 studies continuous yrs. No drop out in between is eligible.
And in your case, you are drop out after 10+2. There is no issue with that. Many people crack NEET as Freshers but not everyone get that chance. So people do dropout from different Coaching Institutes.
So, yes you are eligible for NEET 2018 if you complete the above said Eligibility Criteria.
