I'm not got 20 percentile but my jee mains rank is good and I am belong SC category so can I eligible for CSAB special round

To be eligible for CSAB Special Round you must qualify JEE Mains. You must have a minimum aggregate of 40% in 10+2 boards or equivalent examas you belong to the SC category. Hence I think you're eligible for the special round. Use the link below to check other details about the special round.
