if Im prepare for JEE as a partial dropper, so it is important to clear my college first year?

Well if you have made up your mind about the partial drop then you will have to be dedicated towards giving your preparation your priority. Take a course from any nearby coaching institute, clear your backlogs, attempt as much question as possible. Just build the confidence.

Hello,
The eligiblity criteria for JEE Mains is

Candidate should pass XII with atleast 75% marks or be in top 20 percentile of respective boards.
You can appear for JEE in 3 succesive attempts. The year you pass class XII in and next two years.

If you are clearing above criteria than you are eligibile for takin JEE exam.
You need to fill online forms available in Nov-Dec for exam in Feb.
