For a BSc in Biology, Botany, or Zoology, almost every university (like DU, BHU, or state universities) requires you to have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) individually in your Class 12 boards. Most admission forms require you to enter your individual marks for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. An "RT" in Chemistry means you haven't technically cleared the subject, making you ineligible for a Science degree.
