In bcece pcm counseling I need an affidavit or not,in official document it isn't mentioned but some one was saying that it is needed.

Agar 12th pichle year hi pass-out ho ya ussae phle bhi toh affidavit Dena jaruri h agar appearing ho toh nhi lgega

Affidavit is not required unless you produce an income certificate.
Domicile, Medical certificate, Marksheets, Asmitcard, Allotments letter, Passport size ohotos, Id Proof are all mandatory.
