In case of Exam city is Chandigarh, how do I choose rest three center as no nearby city in the list even Panchkula not appearing.

If there are no exam centes of your choice next to your first preference - Chandigarh, select any three centres that are the closest to you. Also, please note that you are most likely to be allotted a centre in your first preferred choise, so you needn't think too much about it.
