There are different opinion about this i am telling mine,

Our education system is purely concentrating on marks based system. The system has made that as far as you get good marks you are considered to be an intelligent.

The main problem here is the testing methods are same for both types of students, some good in academics but some good in extra curricular activities. So, both has to treat differently and give equal importance to improve their skills.

Some students may be have extraordinary talents in other activities like sports, athletics, arts, acting, painting, dancing, singing, playing musical instruments. They may be not good in scoring marks instead they interested in their own skills.

We can't test their knowlege only by looking their marks instead we should encourage their interest and help them to teach the skill and make them masters in their choosen field.

Until we give importance to their respective skills, we can't expect the creativity among the students.
