Hi Damini! In your case, you have to select 'Any Other' option from the subsequent Drop Down menu. Upon clicking on that, a blank field will appear, where you have to write 10+3 year Diploma along with the institute name (if space permits).
Although the application process got over on 25th December, you can login by clicking on 'Existing User Login' tab and click on View/Modify tab to edit the information. All the best!
