In counselling of Jee main can I go directly to round 7 by not having counselling in other rounds?

You can not do that.
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be the responsible authority to conduct JoSAA 2018. Registrations for JoSAA 2018 will be open tentatively from the second week of June 2018.
