EWS and GENERAL CATEGORY need to consider their all India rank.
YOU SHOULD CONSIDER your CATEGORY RANK FOR CSAB. if you belong to some category, ie ST, SC OR PWD,
for eg, your all India rank is 455000 and your category rank is 13000. you need to consider your category rank which is 13000
