in csab whether the take only vacancy seats? are the take any extra seat in b.plan courses in gfti

Csab - central seat allocation board organises a special round counselling called csab special round counseling, and this counseling is only for filling the vacant seats in all nits or gftis or iiits or iiest.

So, csab is only for vacant seats, and no seats will be increased during csab in any gftis or iiits or nits, for any course whether it's b.arch or b.plan or b.tech.
The seats are fixed before the josaa counseling and same number of seats will be there in csab, only difference is that, you will compete for only vacant seats in csab special round counseling after josaa counseling is over.
