In dhanbad i got electrical engineering in prep course can I make it into dual degree

Since the choice filling of JoSAA is already done and choices have officially been locked you cannot make any changes to them. If in your list dual degree at ISM dhanbad is above the currently allotted program that is, electrical in the same college then you can get that if your rank satisfies the required cutoff. No you can't convert it in dual degree . If you again want to do m tech then you will have to qualify Gate Exam .
