in eamcet do they consider local rank category???

Dear Aspirant,

Local rank will be considered when more people are competing for a seat in a college with nearer rank . For example if you got 800 rank in local category and you applied for a college in your local area at the same time when non local student is competing for the same seat with nearer rank then priority will be given for you to get seat through counseling. local refers your postion in your local area , category and gender. At last you will be given priority based on your rank, category, gender.

Yes the local rank will be consider in counseling because the  others State student's have different cutoff compare to local students.
