Hello Shashi,

The remaining amount should be refunded to your account - if it is paid via online mode. However, if it is paid via demand draft, I would suggest you contact the admission authorities and ask them about the refund.

Please note that in some cases they also adjust the counselling fee with the admission fee. Either way, it is a good thing to clear things with the admission office.
