In first mock seat allotment and 2nd mock seat allotment i aloted same iit can i get seat in that only

It is not like that.
Mock results are based on the students choices and preferences that they filled before the mock .
And after mock results most of the students will change their preference order ( some may not change
).( Human tendency is to change the order after seeing the results of they did not get what they desired in the first round).
So high chances of fluctuation.
And second thing after first round and verification process ; the cut offs take a jump and many seats vacant ; so in further rounds you may get your higher preference college.

First of all this is mock allotment. So, here it differs from the actual seat allotment in the number of responses recorded by the candidates. So, if you are getting a seat in mock allotment, you may or may not get that particular seat. Although, there are high chances that you will mostly either get that particular seat or would be upgraded to your higher preference but commenting anything for sure won't be that accurate right now.
