In general EWS category, the minimum cutoff for JEE Mains was 78.2174869 percentile in JEE Mains 2019 (last year). You can expect a similar cutoff for General EWS category this year too. If you have above 80 percentile in this year's January JEE Mains, you have fair chances of qualifying for JEE Advanced.
