in info. bulletin,multiple application form fill up by a candidate for same seesion (s) will not be considered,so I fill up for march session but now I feel regret and I want to apply for February session but I can't apply for it.so someone guide me for change phone no. and email ID.is it risky?

Dont worry about it and you don't have to fill another application form because multiple applications will be rejected.
Now, you have one option, NTA will open JEE mains correction window on January 19 and during that you will be able to add more attempts in your application without any issues.
So, wait for correction window to open and then you can add February attempt.
