In jee advanced i am getting less than 10% in one subject only. Will i still be eligible to apply for admission through jee advance?

No you can't apply for admission through Jee Advance as you don't qualify the Minimum Qualifying Marks for Ranking,2018 as per the selection criteria.
You won't get a Common Merit List Rank (CML Rank).
