in jee application i mentioned 12th appeared but in upload image ask 12 th admit card, mark sheet,what I can do?. thanks

You can correct your application during the correction window. This correction window will be open from 8/3/2020-12/3/2020 during which you can change your details and make correction in your application form including your academic details.
