In JEE Mains 2020 April examination form asked for 12 th admit card . as I am NIOS student, I don't have my admit card till now! So what to upload in JEE Mains form?

JEE main April 2020 forms are available . The dates for the same is from 7th February to 6 March . I think admit card will be the necessary document. You can ask your college authority to provide you admit card soon as you have to apply for JEE main April 2020.
Though the last date is 6th March , till then all institutes must release the admit cards.
