in JEE MAINS jan. attempt if I got 94.6 percentile and in april attempt if more ppl got percentiles above 94.6 as compared to jan. attempt.... then will my final rank go down??

No your score will be remained same position.
As there will be difference in conducted test months.
So if you wrote mains exam on Jan and others in April then it's a different period of time.so your score won't be affected by others score in April exam.
