in KCET does it really in of score of getting 130/180 and in puc bord eram287/300 really get my rank below 1000

The KCET rank is calculated taking into consideration both your board marks and your KCET marks. Now, 287 out of 300 marks means 95.66% aggregate, which is very good. Also, 130/180 marks in KCET is good.
While calculating your rank, your board marks and your KCET marks will be in 1:1 ratio. Analysing the previous year data, it is seen that 130 marks out 180 is enough for getting a rank below 1000 in KCET, if you have your boards aggregate equal to or above 90%.
