Yes it was true. But the court rejected the approval. Since the admission is going to be based on percentile, so they didn't accept the petition. There was a confusion regarding those 3 questions in NEET which were challenged in the court but they said that the marks would be required to be given to all the students uniformly so they rejected the case and didn't see to it.
