In mp ug counseling I uploaded the affidavit without doing signature, will it cause any problems?

Dear Shushma, an affidavit is a document which has its own legal and formal importance attached to it stating that you have written that document under an oath or a promise. So even if you have missed signing the document it shall be of no issue. But when you take the documents for verification, just ensure you sign it. Rest all will be fine.
