in mtech and btech programs which are better programs in cse course?

B.Tech or Bachelor of Technology is a 4 year full time undergraduate course and M.Tech or Masters of Technology is a 2 years full time postgraduate course.
So it will be truly beneficial if you do M.Tech be it any branch , because it is a more professional course than B.Tech .
You will get a package of Rs 7.5 lacs after your M.Tech.
So if you are pursuing CSE B.Tech also complete your education after M.tech

In BTech, CSE, ECE is best option which have open opportunities and you don't have to struggle much as compared to other branch. When competition increases, the only way to get a chance is your skill no matter what your qualification is.
for Mtech, you have to choose specialization respective to the branch you had in your Btech. You can't take other branch domain in MTech.
So , it would be better to choose in which stream you are interested. it is not only CSE or ECE, aerospace engineering, agricultural engineering, automobile engineering, they are also good streams which has high possibility to get job in government sector or top organization.
