Please fill her name in NEET application exactly as it is in her school certificates to avoid any problem. Since Aadhar is not needed for NEET application anymore there would not be a problem.

On a different note, since it is advisable to maintain the same name across all documents, you may get her name in Aadhar corrected so as to match with her school certificates. Aadhar name correction can be done online(if mobile number is linked) or at the various Aadhar centres.

No such problem however we suggest you to keep common name across all documents and ID Proof. You can try to make changes in Adhar Card with correct name.
