I am sorry to tell you but your marks is very low you will not get a seat, neither in government medical college nor in private medical.
For example, last year lowest marks that fetched a seat for general category in private medical colleges in Telangana was 410 marks and it was for Ayaan Institute of Medical College Sciences.
