You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018,
under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 530 with an AIR of 11929
OBC: 523 with an AIR of 13849
SC: 397 with an AIR of 70709
ST: 385 with an AIR of 89062
With a rank of 9026 and a State Rank of 1608, you have a very good chance at a seat in any Government College. My guess is either Rajamata Vijaya Raje Scindia or PDU Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You will certainly get a seat in Rajasthan. But which college, we are not really sure. So you can take a call accordingly.
