Dear Soumen,, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under General Category, 479 marks under State Quota secured a seat in Maldah Medical College. 468 marks got a seat in a Private Medical college under General Category. Under All India Quota, 539 marks secured a seat in a Government Medical College. And for OBC category, 478 marks got a seat in OBC A category and 474 marks got seat in OBC B category under State Quota. It is much lesser for SC and ST categories. To be honest, with 518 marks you stand a fair chance and you can easily get a Medical seat.
