Hey there!

Last year the cut off for sc category in top government colleges in Bihar has been above 470 marks. With your score being 439, if we go by the trend, it may be difficult for you to get the govt college. But, cut offs change every year and nothing can be predicted with surety on that, so if it decreases this year, you may have a chance.
