530 would have been a great score had this been a total in NEET 2018, But the competition in 2019 has increased gigantically as a result of which there's been a huge Rank Inflation.
Although you haven't mentioned your rank, we can assume it to be around 35k.
To be frank, if you belong to UR Category, then through AIQ, there's no chance to bag a seat.
The only probable cause might be if you apply through State Quota that too depends on the State to which you belong. But it's pretty evident that your chances are quite less to get a seat in Govt. Medical College.
However you can check out for Pvt. Medical Colleges through.
