In neet counseling can we give state obc certificate

I am not sure what you mean by state OBC certificate. But if you have a legal OBC certificate, it should be fine. Make sure you carry it during counseling because if you fail to present the certificate, you will be considered under general catergory and not OBC and then your rank will fall.

You can do that only if you applying for a college in you own state . athe state OBC certificate is valid only for that state only and you can use it in all the counseling taking place in that state only not outside the state .
