Cut-off for BHMS is generally quite low, as per general trends. But, still this doesn't seem to be much safe. There are only slight chances of getting a seat. Try for private colleges. You might end up getting a seat there.

Based on your NEET 2018 score the chances seems to be less to get a seat in Government colleges for BHMS programme but you can try for the private colleges.
