usually the cut off his months above 296 in NEET UG and so it is very difficult for you to make it to any of the government or private medical or dental colleges with Sachin rose PO and so I will advise you to start studying for the next time because with such a low score you are not going to get into any decent college and it would be better if you take another attempt unless you have some age bar which food prevent you from further appearances In which case you would have to settle with BAMS or BHMS at the most
increase your preparing for the next time I would ask you to target usko in excess of 500 to get into government medical colleges availing the 85% state quota and in excess of 550 to avail them via the 15% all India quota

Hello,
First you need to mention your category, if you belong to general or OBC category then it is not possible to get admission but if you belong to other category then it might be possible in some states where cut off donot reach too high.
P. S. - this is just an assumption on the basis of previous year's cut off.
