It is quite difficult to indicate the exact score this is because the total score for JEE Advanced changes every year, it is not the same. So, the marks vs rank trend changes every year. And the admission in to IITs is based on rank secured in JEE Advanced. Considering the previous year cut off if your category rank is under 1800 you will have decent chances to get seat in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Cut off depends on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. So it may increase or decrease this year based on above mentioned factors. The approximate score is minimum 45-50% of total score to have decent chances to get seat in ECE in an IIT.
