Yes, most passwords are case-sensitive. That means capital and small letters matter a lot in passwords. This feature id what makes passwords unique and unable to be reproduced as capital and small versions of the same letter will be treated as different characters and not both are acceptable.
For example, if your password is "Careers360", The system will not accept "careers360" as a valid password.
